They called us and said they wanted to do a tank swap, I asked if there would be any charge for this and she assured me there wouldn’t be. Just got an invoice of 134.00 because they had to transfer gas, that we’ve already paid for and because they had to use a different hose. When I called and asked about it we were told they were going to withhold filling the propane tank unless we paid this unknown charge to us. Maybe you should tell your customers things are free of charge and then threaten to without a propane fill.
Very nice lady in agronomy department! Very good sense of humor! The y young man that set me up to unload was very professional! Thank you folks!
