Im not one to write a negative review, I never have. But the service at this shop is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The younger girl in the other section of the store was so sweet! But the two older ladies working the main floor had no class what so ever. Definitely not the type of employees that represent Newport Beach!! I’ll spend my money somewhere else! Do not waste ur time supporting this business.
I had a day pass and spent the day here with my friends. it was so much fun and so relaxing. Such a beautiful space!!!!

Loved the products in the store but wow service was horrible/ non-existent. I was the only one there and neither of the two ladies acknowledged me or offered to assist. I don't usually write bad reviews but the vibes here were very unwelcoming. Was going to buy an expensive-ish bag but decided to take my business elsewhere.
