Sound bath was amazing! Feeling rejuvenated!
Massage was amazing and the yoga class was very beginner friendly and welcoming!
Had a relaxing blissful day at Alchemy Lounge. I had a massage with Barb and my friend have a session with Brandi using tuning forks!
Highly recommend visiting Alchemy Lounge. They offer a range of spa and relaxation treatments some of my favorites being the salt room & sauna. I also recently received a massage by Barb that was quite heavenly. The owner brandy is such a delight, and the atmosphere is serene and inviting. Not to mention all the different healing modality workshops offered throughout the year! I recommend joining their Facebook page, so you don't miss out on any events.
I love to visit Alchemy Lounge! On my most RECENT visit, I tried their salt room, and it was incredibly relaxing. The soothing atmosphere, with soft lighting and salt-infused air, brought about a noticeable improvement in my mood and breathing. After the session, I felt more clear-headed and stress-free. Definitely worth trying for a moment of peace and relaxation!
