We had an amazing group sound bowl experience in the salt room. Kelly’s yoga classes are a great opportunity to recharge.
Best place to come to relax! They offer massage, salt room therapy, yoga, and many other cool events!
Wonderful offerings pour from this space. I have had the chance to do a small group sound bath in the salt room. Left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Kelly’s beginner yoga class was a great way to start the day. She is a lovely teacher with a welcoming presence. Ms. Rachel’s kid yoga class was my daughter’s favorite. I love the amount of diverse offerings AL has. Will def be back!
A hidden gem in the town of Lehighton. Highly recommend! I have been here for halotherapy and massage - each expirience has been delightful.
