Cheryl is a wonderful person and teacher. I am loving the Meditation class I am taking. I am finally figuring out how to be calm and relaxed.
Cheryl did a great job rejuvenating our administrative group. Stress is inevitable, however the choice to escalate or deescalate stressful situations absolutely depends on one's ability to utilize resilience strategies. She did a great job to improve our insight, strengthen existing strategies, and provide new ways to improve ourselves as leaders. Highly recommend Cheryl on both a personal and professional level.
