Cam and the guys at Alchemy are fantastic. I always get a high level of customer service and don't get intimidated at all. They always take the time to explain things and run through all my options. I ride a lot but have been thinking of going to Electric. Cameron was fantastic. He brought bikes within my perimeter (light weight being one so I can easily pop it in my car). He shared intelligent helpful comparisons, then called and helped me get a discount, which made the best bike of those I was considering suddenly in range. I could not be happier and am blown away by the after service, warrantee and all.
These folks are awesome! I’d been toying with the idea of a gravel bike for a long time, had even dropped in once many months ago and spent a solid amount of time getting some advice on what to look for - no sale in it, just solid advice. As a result, I went back recently and bit the bullet. Again amazing advice from everyone, including the mechanic!
