Its an excellent setup, the cryotherapy room is really well done and the health benefits speak for themselves
Beautiful space, super friendly staff, she seemed to really care, listened to me about my health issues and was collaborative with me on the order I should do treatments. The space was impeccable, clean, calm, beautiful, inclusive. I hadn't ever been to a place like alchemy but I will be back!
The best cryo Melbourne and the ATP lights are high quality. I did the dual session and I felt supercharged for the whole day and had great REM sleep that night. Also it opens at 7am which suits my schedule.
