My daughter wanted her ears pierced, so we walked in without an appointment, but had all our documentation ready. Normally you need an appointment for minors piercing, but they were able to get us in. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing! Allyx did her piercing and she was as amazing as it gets! Very knowledgeable and professional! She gave us so much information on aftercare I would never have thought of. Better jewelry pricing transparency would be beneficial. But the piercer himself was great! Edit: Thank you for responding! We have emailed, that's how I found out where the extra expense came from. We thought we were getting $16 jewelry, but discovered it was $16 a piece for the posts, then $40 a piece for the tops. We had looked online prior and were shown to the lesser expensive jewelry so we thought we were getting the least expensive option, but found out later there were actually less expensive options.
