Avoid this place. Machines are out-dated, dirty and don't work. Business run by hostile and rude attendance who refuse to help with broken machine issues.

avoid this place - extremley poor customer service – this place is a bad example of what service should be about - the machines work ok but the guy who manages the place is a idiot i was there on a very very cold morning no-one there but me and him. there was no heat and i mean it was FREEZING cold. so i shut the door to the laundramat. he opened door after he watched me close the door, i thought well, maybe he did not see me close the door, so i closed it again. he said to me whilest he opened the door again, i need to have this door open so the customers will know that we are open. this place has a huge storefront, all glass from a block away you can see the place is open, they have a huge neon sign well lit up that says open. this guy saw that i was very cold and his lack of caring was one of the saddest encounters i have ever had with another person. he treated me as if i was nothing. sounds trivial i know but you had to be there, i felt strangly sad after i left the place and vowed never to go back and i have not oh yea did i mention it was 6:00 am the pace was the only business lit up on the whole block no one there but me for the whole time i did my laundrey and i froze my butt off.

unprofessional customer service. – The onsite worker/customer service agent would not refund 6 bucks when their washer did not work properly. His attatude was unprofessional brushing it off as if it's my fault the machine wasn't working correctly.
