Disgusting attitude from all staff. Right from cleaning staff through to reception. They do not listen to complaints, just hang up the phone. Also trying to force ME who is not even the client, to make decisions for another capable person. Abused me when I wouldn't agree to signing over the phone contracts. The tried to by pass my mum and go through me to scam funding as my mother isn't happy with the service. Also woke me up at 8am calling. Rude and scammers. Do not put your elderly parents through this unethical service
Should have their licence revoked. Brother-in-law has full time lack of care He has had second degree burns to his feet from walking out the front gate without shoes on on a 40deg day. Nearly been run over on several occasions by walking out the front gate and onto the national highway. Stopped taking him to places even though they still claimed money for it. Just to mention a few. Unfortunately I'd have to agree with the other reviews im regards to my experience, it's very sad to see a support agency deliver such poor experiences and not change, they have quite the reputation in our local community and its a wonder why no one has changed anything to repair this. Communication is key and some staff lack effective and polite communication skills.
Do not trust this place, as ive applied numerous times for employment and despite me having all the qualifications and so called WWCC, First Aid,NDIS SCREENING CHECK,Police Check, Vaccination records, they never contacted me once, yet today I applied for a job and finally emailed me asking if I'm available for an interview in August. We are currently in October, say no more, the 1.3 rating is what they deserve
