Our relative has been at the home for 2 years and I have been calling him and writing to him while he has been in residence there. Due to time difference and being on the other side of the world it was not always easy timing for phone calls. Some staff made speaking to him possible by taking the phone to him, some staff did not. Only left my mother in law here for a few weeks. Windows & doors all closed all the time, patients just sat in lounge. No activities.. tv always blarring. Smelt of urine. Really sad looking people there all sat around in chairs with no form of interaction. Looks like its not been decorated since the 80s. Luckily we managed to get a space in another home thats amazing. I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone!!!!!
