I have been waiting for over an hour and a half on the bus and the time keeps changing. I don't trust the bus to come when it's supposed to.
If i could give it no stars I would why post on your website a certain time you guys start running but yet the bus shows up a whole hour later from the times your company posted
This is supposed to be a 100million project for free public transportation, instead people are assaulted, the elderly have their bones broken from this uncontained "saftey" bus drivers/ security guard set/let people up for thugs to get assaulted.. what more can you ask of this fine ABQ service.. just remember we voted for this.. and we as a people can make a change but only if we speak up to our so called representatives, go through the hoops if you have too. Using the public transportation systems regularly, I am always on time for work and my appointments, the security and drivers are always kind and helpful.
Whoever rated this transportation system anything higher than 1 star is lying. This has got to be the worst transportation system in the country. The buses are constantly late and filthy. The drivers are unprofessional and should have never applied for the job. The customer service line is unreliable. It's been several times where a bus never showed up to the stop and the the agent's response was to just "wait for the next one".
