I just finished my 10 sessions of Rolfing with Elyse and I feel amazing. I feel as good as I did 30 years ago before all of my sports related injuries. I did not have any ailments or injuries, but had been interested in trying a Rolfing session. I went into my appointment thinking I would try it and see how I liked it. The first session really focuses on opening your chest to be able take a full breath. After my appointment, I felt amazing! It was crazy the difference I could feel in my chest.
