Allowing kids to ditch school is so wildly inappropriate. Driving down lomas is seeing kids outside during school hours protesting is some of the craziest stuff I've ever witnessed. Albuquerque public schools you need to do better.
Two days ago I attended my granddaughters volleyball game at Madison Middle. The A/C in the gym is broken and has been for some time. Spectators were overheated and dizzy. I cannot imagine how these athletes are supposed to tolerate playing in that heat. Even large box fans would provide some relief. Apparently the staff have been told repeatedly that it’s being fixed. My tax dollars aren’t working. This isn’t ok
The Schools need AC if school is starting during the summer AND Heat in Winter!!!!! You try teaching or going to school in this heat! You’re all in your air conditioned spaces without a single worry about anyone else!!!!!!
