I accidentally put my SD card in backwards and the owner was able to pop it out without damaging the pins! She saved my graduate work! She was also incredibly nice and helped me out right away. She was not judgmental of me for making such a dumb mistake. I will be coming here for all my camera and developing needs from here on.
