DO NOT use Nexa Mortgage in ABQ, NM - Burx Norrod! Absolutely horrible! Mortgage broker lied about ordering the appraisal. Buyer was out hundreds of dollars because Nexa would not perform. Nexa should do the right thing and reimbuse the Buyer for his out of pocket expenses. I DO NOT recommend Nexa in ABQ, NM. USE EXTREME CAUTION with Nexa in ABQ, NM.
