I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT ONLY DID THEY NEGLECT GETTING MY FATHER A CT SCAN THE DR ORDERED A WEEK AGO BUT THEY TOLD ME IT REQUIRED PRIOR AUTH AND IT WOUOLD TAKE 4 WEEKS. I CALLED HIS INSURANCE AND NONE OF THAT IS TRUE WHICH I SUSPECTED SINCE I WORK WITH INSURANCES ALL DAY LONG. THEY NEVER GOT A WORKING PHONE IN HIS ROOM FOR HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CALL HIM. HE WAS ASSURED HE WOULD HAVE UP TO 3 HOURS A DAY OF PT/OT AND SPEECH THERAPY AND THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. THEY ONLY GET SHOWERED 2 DAYS PER WEEK AND I HAR... read more

Staff was very helpful and very kind. They involved my father in law in there daily activities and at points letting him sit with staff behind the desk talking with him and coloring. Overall, great rehab!

My mother had a terrible experience here. This place should be investigated. The food looks like dog food, and I'm told it tastes the same. You would not allow anyone you cared about to eat it. No one answered the phone after an hour of calling. No one responds to the nurse call button. No one shows up when they say they will for meetings and appointments. Phil the Dietary Manager does an exceptional job in the kitchen. As a provider I wanted to take a moment to give a large shoutout, to highlight the exemplary service and coordination amongst the kitchen. Phil great job, your patients all smile during every meal!
