Was quiet when I visited my friend
The visit was awesome
Kind care team here. Clean facility. My family friend receiving care here, had a nutritious meal for dinner. Thank you Albuquerque Heights Healthcare Team.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT ONLY DID THEY NEGLECT GETTING MY FATHER A CT SCAN THE DR ORDERED A WEEK AGO BUT THEY TOLD ME IT REQUIRED PRIOR AUTH AND IT WOUOLD TAKE 4 WEEKS. I CALLED HIS INSURANCE AND NONE OF THAT IS TRUE WHICH I SUSPECTED SINCE I WORK WITH INSURANCES ALL DAY LONG. THEY NEVER GOT A WORKING PHONE IN HIS ROOM FOR HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CALL HIM. HE WAS ASSURED HE WOULD HAVE UP TO 3 HOURS A DAY OF PT/OT AND SPEECH THERAPY AND THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. THEY ONLY GET SHOWERED 2 DAYS PER WEEK AND I HAR... read more
Staff was very helpful and very kind. They involved my father in law in there daily activities and at points letting him sit with staff behind the desk talking with him and coloring. Overall, great rehab!
