Families, Please Read Before You Send Anyone Here I’m speaking as a family member of a patient who stayed at ABQ Heights Healthcare and Rehab, and what I saw was deeply concerning. This place is chronically short-staffed, and it shows in the care. One of the CNAs was seen smoking dope in their car right outside before going back to work.
