I read all the reviews here before deciding to go with Abq Custom Shower Doors, and I wish everyone could have had the same positive experience we did. Zero follow up. Very late even when we had an extremely important deadline. Have to chase them down with multiple numbers that no one answered and no one returned calls. Twice the price of what we could get at a big box stores. Will NOT be using them again. We paid $1300 down and they pretty much ghosted us. Door is STILL not installed and we have 22 guests coming for our wedding weekend tomorrow. So unprofessional.
Great customer service! I call looking for an item that even big stores didn't have it on stock or not even carried. They confirmed right away that they had it, and my problem was resolved also great price. I don't know the drama from others but for me was a good experience
Avoid these guys until they get their stuff back together. I got a quote and put half down as usual. They called me every three weeks to say the glass would be on the truck the next Thursday. Same story every time. If I called them, they wouldn't call me back, except for one time when a guy answered and then rushed me off the phone when I said my order was late.
