Great customer service! I call looking for an item that even big stores didn't have it on stock or not even carried. They confirmed right away that they had it, and my problem was resolved also great price. I don't know the drama from others but for me was a good experience
Avoid these guys until they get their stuff back together. I got a quote and put half down as usual. They called me every three weeks to say the glass would be on the truck the next Thursday. Same story every time. If I called them, they wouldn't call me back, except for one time when a guy answered and then rushed me off the phone when I said my order was late. I had two shower doors installed by Albuquerque Custom Shower Doors, and this has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. The measurements were taken back in July, and after that — radio silence. There was no follow-up, no updates, and I had to chase them down myself in August.
