Marketing and set up was good, poor RIA Support. Cannot get a human being on the line. If ever so lucky to do so, they read from a script and clearly don't understand the question.
The internet went down at my job and I gave Allbridge a call and a woman named Clare answered and was super nice and took care of the situation right away with no issues & she even gave me a call back to confirm that the internet was working!
