Terrible customer service, Deb has the personality of a stump and they tend not to answer on a timely fashion. Good luck ever getting a hold of anyone over the phone, and if you get denied, don't even waste your time with them again. Tried to reason with them and offer solutions, all I ever got was an email from a different employee who just said the same thing and then never replied to my later emails.
