Called 5 times and left VMs to try and discuss a $30 penalty assessed for not making estimated payments towards my 2022 liability. Made the calls over a 3 week period. Never received a call back, I finally had to go into the Income Tax office. Turns out my employer was withholding city taxes but not my wifes. At the end of the year I paid my outstanding balance in a timely manner, then received a fine in july 23.
