I had a very disappointing experience with Albion Cycles and would not recommend this shop. I visited the shop on Friday, February 7th, because my bike was having issues with the gear system. A staff member took a look at my bike and suggested replacing some parts to fix it. I asked for a quote to make sure the repair was affordable, and he quoted me $300. They mentioned that the price could vary a bit, but it would likely be around $300, and I could expect to pick up the bike by Monday, February 10th, or Tuesday, February 1... read more

The guys at Albion did an amazing job fixing up my bike. It feels like I have a new set of wheels. Added to that, their prices were very reasonable, and the guys are very honest and sincere. They're very fast and knowledgeable, the fixed a gear jumping issue with my derailer and straightened my wheels. I can't recommend them enough.
