I had a very disappointing customer service experience at Albion Cycles. I brought my bike in to have a new gear shifter installed and to replace the tyre. Initially, I was told they didn't stock the tyre brand I wanted, so I said I'd just go ahead with the gear shifter. I was then told they could look into ordering the tyre after all, which sounded great. After that, I heard nothing for a week. I’ve been going to Albion cycles for >5 years, they always sort me out so quickly and do a great service on my TT bike. I always go before a race for a pre race check and my bike is always perfect! Can’t recommend Albion cycles enough
