Very unorganized people who don't know what they're doing
I wanted to replace the giraffe stem on my Lectric XP. I chose the S&M 12 Step Bar. The best upgrade! Rides SO much better. I found a better price on another site. I didn't like the negative reviews so I tried three other sites for price match. Two other sites stupid follow up questions. Albes simply said sure, call me ,Flip. I called Flip. BEST IN THE BIZ! Always used Albe's when I was younger for my BMX needs. Now that I'm back into riding after a 12 year break, they're still my go to. Customer service ROCKS!!! (Well, so does everyone else at Albe's lol) If there is an issue, get ahold of them and they'll take care of you. I won't buy from anywhere else!
