Two man verbally harassed a girl in the store few minutes ago, about a mask. Basically chanting at her and following her that she needs to wear a mask. Blocked her cart and store employees watched on. When she called a manager, he attacked her for being upset and hysterical. while store employees watched all her breakdown by harassers and until She started screaming for help ignored her calls like “get away from me” “I have an asthma”. Been going to this store for 30+ years. The cashier's are always friendly and helpful. Today John was very helpful to me in finding a product I was looking for, very friendly and a smile on his face. All the checkers all still very kind, even after dealing with all the craziness that is going on. Kudus to you all.
If there is only one check stand open and Bev is the checker. leave your groceries and go to another store. Rudest know it all I have ever met. Albertsons should post the employees worh schedule at the door so we wouldn't waist our time.
I asked for $40 cash back. Got charged for it but realized when I got home that the clerk didn't give me the money. Tears.
Some of the worst customer experiences that I've had. It is clear that the employees are not trained to care about their customers. Which is why I will never shop here again. I usually go to QFC (much better experience) but have been here twice because I was working out at the gym in the same parking lot - both times have been horrible. You guys should hire consultants to come out and figure out how to keep your costs low while still serving your customers.
