Just spent 18 minutes on hold being passed around from department to department all because I wanted to order some balloons for my son memorial birthday get together. So instead of saying sorry can’t help you because floral went home already you just finally hung up on me.
Huge shout out to Gabriela in the floral department. I had been sick this week and never had time to order boutineer or corsage for my son's winter formal. I stopped into Albertsons thinking I would grab some flowers and give them to his date. But thankfully Gabriela came up and offered great customer service and told me should would make both for me. The service was the worst ever, every time we go especially at the deli counter's , there very rude!, they handle the food in the worst way, very discriminatory toward people!!!! No customer courtesy will never go to that store again :@
