Loved this place staff is so nice!!!
Not impressed with online pickup! Been doing it for awhile now. Made an order and unfortunately got stuck at work so couldn’t go pick up my order. Called the store to cancel it. Was told it was cancelled and next day got an email saying my order was cancelled because I never picked it up. The authorization hold was on there for days and then it actually charged my account which was a couple hundreds of dollars. So I call corporate and I am told I need to wait 7 days to be refunded. Stopped in to get some chicken liver for fishing bait. Staff was quick to help out in my time of need. Each store is set up a little different and the liver was in the freezer and not in the cold section next to the chicken like it is here in California. Thank you for you help and hospitality.
I’ve been a loyal Albertsons customer for some time now, but I’m extremely disappointed in the repeated issues I’ve experienced with expired products in my grocery pickup orders. On multiple occasions, I have received expired items, including bacon, tenderloin, yogurt, and more. This is particularly frustrating considering these items are selected by store employees, who should be checking expiration dates before packing orders.
