What a fantastic job of staffing this store today. I made 2 trips and there were actually plenty of cashiers. The automated scanners were still there and they were full as well. I personally would rather check out with a person and not a machine. Any interaction is welcome these days. Great job to the workers and management.
I stopped by with the intention of picking up just one item, as I typically shop at my usual Tom Thumb in Frisco. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I asked a team member near self-checkout for assistance. She immediately stepped in to help, and another employee quickly joined in to offer additional support. I was genuinely impressed by their hospitality, as well as the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Experiences like this truly stand out.
