Self checkout is dirty, employees not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. No enforcement of Covid protocols towards customers either.
My parents were treated terribly by the pharmacists that work there. Judd was rude to my mother. Janice asked my dad if he had gotten his vaccine because lots of black people haven't gotten it. Well we are people of color and the treatment my parents received from Albertsons pharmacy was horrible! We are changing pharmacies and won't be shopping at Albertsons!

Safeway delivery switched it to their sister store, Albertson’s. My first delivery from Albertsons was over two hours late. I was not a happy camper. But when I called to find out when it was going to be delivered, Kyle, a wonderful employee of Albertson’s, volunteered to bring my delivery because it was going to be delayed. Kyle needs to be given a raise! Kyle from Tucson Albertson’s on River and Flowing Wells. THANK YOU!!!!

Albertsons pharmacy in Los Feliz/Los Angeles is corrupt, dishonest and incompetent. I took them a prescription. They required my doctor to rewrite the prescription which he graciously did. Two days later I discovered that they had the diabetes material in their office but they spent the time pretending to fill the prescription. The contents actually could be seen behind the cashier.
