So rude it hostile tone. Unprofessional communication
Extremely disappointed with the Collections Department. It has been over nine months and I still have not received my funds. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no clear update or progress, and communication has been very poor. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and it seriously affects my trust in the company.
Most Agents on the phone are extremely rude, full of attitude, and unpleasant to deal with. Shockingly I find the CRA Agents to be friendlier compared to these miserable people from Alberta Treasury! As Taxpayers we expect Professional service, and unfortunately only 1/10 Agents will deliver a phone conversation in a professional manner.
