Was my first time coming here, waited a few weeks for my appointment. I am a contract worker and filed my write offs but because there is a lot I didn't add it all up, although I can give an estimate. So after waiting the few weeks was told I have to do all of it myself, so basically why am I going to an accountant and paying for the services if I have to do it myself. Very unprofessional service. They kept losing my documents and I had to bring them back a couple of times so they took more than a month to have my taxes ready. I’ve seen them received missing documents and quickly add them to the file and finishing other people’s statements in minutes so I don’t understand why they took so long. I called and they still didn’t have it ready because they didn’t have enough information so I gave it to them again, but if I didn’t call they would never had told me they didn’t proceed because of ... read more
