I contacted Michael and he was extremely helpful, he educated me on what steps to take, I followed his advice, he wrote to the association that was owing money for the work I had completed, he demanded they pay if not they get sued, as a result of his letter I got paid and we didn’t have to sue. Michael is very professional and compassionate, I strongly recommend him for your small claims.

Hey my full name is radhika sagar, I genuinely don’t know from where these negative reviews are coming from. I just had a talk with micheal and he was professional enough to provide the correct form of information and advice I would need. He is pretty straightforward and a kind guy. He listened the whole situation and put me to the right path selflessly.

Called them today and personally spoke to Michael Brice as he gave me a call back in less than a minute. Talking to him gave me clarity on further steps with my issue. He first asked me questions with regards to it and told me he wanted to save me time and see if he could be of help. This Michael guy was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I only had questions for him and he literally ask for money to continue the conversation. This is the worst company to ever talk to. I do not recommend him or this company to any one Edit: Finally answers 3 yrs later what a joke . You see asking for money upfront before doing anything isn't something a business should be doing. Hired Micheal and received little to no support. When I started being direct about how I felt I was not receiving the support he told me he was offended. He would not answer the phone, constantly had email issues, and overall charged me a ton of money to file the court documents and not much else. I certainly was not happy with his service.
