She is very easy to work with, she explained details in a way that made sense were easy to understand, and the process was so smooth because of all her hard work on my behalf. She even made sure to call me one evening to advise me to lock in a rate because she had just learned that rates were likely to increase the next day! I am very happy with the outcome of my mortgage renewal.
