WOW. never been more shocked that is our land titles office in Calgary! You call and they send you to this address… but when you go there, they tell you to call the number. Theres zero help, zero direction, just some printed out guides. I’m completely shocked at the condition of this office.

What can I say it's a government facility. When you walk in there's a lady sitting at the front desk but there's a sign tape to the window that says that they have paused customer service to service you better. So instead of talking to the girl you have to call the phone number or send her an email. Another ridiculous leftover covid bureaucratic rule. Government services have never been about customer service but we need them

Full of misinformation and poor service. I have a lein that expired which I never received. I have called them and even went into the office multiple times. They kept telling me to "just wait for it in the mail". They were also going through renovations, so the service was even worse. If you're putting a lein on a property, there are other ways to check if it's registered. You don't "just wait for it in the mail" as they kept telling me through the phone and in person.
