Worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. I booked with Faith Grant and instead got some unregistered, shaky, unqualified person who never even introduced herself. No consent, no explanation—just unsafe nonsense. When I asked who she was, Faith tried to cover it up with a photocopy of some foreign certificate that means nothing here. This clinic is a mess and a danger to patients. I booked with Faith Grant, the physiotherapist, but was treated—without my consent—by an unregistered, nervous person. Faith is condescending, unprofessional, and treats her staff terribly. She loudly scolds staff in front of everyone, making the whole office uncomfortable. I had an extremely troubling experience at this clinic that raises serious concerns about how it is being run. During my visit, I received treatment without my consent or knowledge from a young, visibly nervous and confused individual from the Philippines. She was operating equipment and attempting to demonstrate neck stretches, but it was very clear she lacked proper training and confidence. Amazing! Professional! And great at their jobs!
I used Alberta injury management four times for a chronic reoccurring spinal injury. I found them to be very helpful and informative and Faith who was my Physio very knowledgeable. I was given several exercises to help with my rehabilitation, which helped immensely. I would not hesitate to recommend using their services if you are requiring the use of a physiotherapist
