I have been suffering knee pain for several years. I have been treated by two other physiotherapy clinics - which didn’t bring any relief. I came to this clinic after multiple clinics and physiotherapist. Nothing against the other places ive been. Faith and her team have listened to me , my concerns, my issues and limitations. They have also provided a fantastic experience and amazing service with the ongoing injury I have. Only been a few weeks but starting to see some improvement on my range or motion for my shoulder. Thank you to Faith, Annice ( hope i spelled that correct) and the entire team here
Worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. I booked with Faith Grant and instead got some unregistered, shaky, unqualified person who never even introduced herself. No consent, no explanation—just unsafe nonsense. When I asked who she was, Faith tried to cover it up with a photocopy of some foreign certificate that means nothing here. Faith is arrogant, unprofessional, and flat-out rude. She constantly berates her staff in front of patients, making the whole place tense and uncomfortable.
