Get here right at 4PM and they tell us they are not doing registration anymore today, and send us away even though the hours are 8:00 - 4:30.
Closes a lot for bs reasons. Suggestion, Close the parking lot and stop wasting people’s times. Typical gov employees w dunlap disease. Shame on lazy America.
I called today after already registering my car through a third-party Texas Tag and Title service. I purchased my vehicle from an out-of-state dealership and assumed the registration information and payment would be processed through the system. Since that wasn’t the case, I had to pay out of pocket. When I called to ask if I could be refunded—since the dealership had supposedly already submitted payment—the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive.
