I was referred to him by dad. I end up owing and my dad told me to question why. When I asked why his daughter Kim told me to wait until tax season was over to get the details because they were busy. I am a paying customer and I should not have to wait until tax season is over to inquire why I owe. I will not use your service again after spending $200 to owe and not know why!
I found Albert Harrison to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. I found his unacceptable style of communicating to me when I simply asked when my K-1 statements would be issued to be shockingly poor. The IRS requires K-1's to be issued by March 15th. I called him on March 16th inquiring when the statements would be mailed and his first response was "I'm not giving you any information over the phone!"
