The customer service was excellent
I have been a customer of Albert's for years! Richard is incredible with his designs. My sister and I store our first always with Albert's. Excellent service and superlative customer service.
I brought in a 3/4 length beaver coat that belonged to my dad. I am 6'4" and weigh 255 lbs. My dad weighed about 40 more pounds than me. The coat was too big, had epaulets, and slightly padded shoulders. It made me look like a big bear! Richard told me could resize it with no problem. I returned 3 weeks later, and he had taken in the sides, removed the epaulets and shoulder padding, and narrowed the sleeves. It was slightly tight at the armpits, however.
