Great friendly staff. I go here at least once a week.
Not as friendly as it was when Ellenbergers owned it. I don't shop there as much as I used to, though, so maybe they're getting better.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, good selection
This is my favorite hardware. They have almost everything we need and will offer to order an item if they don't have it. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel lucky to have a great hardware in such a small town.
