I had a really bad experience with this law firm. I called to get some legal advice about an ongoing mold issue at the home I am renting. Upon hearing the high level details, Albert asked me to email him all the documentation I had been keeping, including email communications with my landlord, so I spent some time putting that together and sent it over.
