Awful experience. This firm is assisting in the execution of a family member’s will. The whole matter is a debacle and my attempts at contacting the solicitor are futile, despite many emails to her they all remain unanswered. The matter is beyond frustrating - my next stop is The Law Commissioner with a formal complaint.
