I’ve given Albemarle multiple chances, but my experiences with Marcio Hale have been consistently horrible. His customer service is unprofessional and unpleasant, and it has completely soured my opinion of the company. Despite my efforts to give him the benefit of the doubt, he has repeatedly failed to provide even the most basic level of care or respect.
