I’ve been injured for 6 months now and went to multiple physical therapist that weren’t able to figure out an efficient and effective plan for me and just had me going through the motions. When I started working with Sam, it has been nothing short of amazing and he’s been able to break down every part of this injury and attack it head on in every session I have. I’ve left every session feeling 10x better and I look forward to continue dominating this rehab with Sam!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Noel and Sam at Albatross. I had never been to physical therapy before but found myself needing it immediately after tearing my ACL and Medial Meniscus, in February. Sam helped me obtain the necessary flexion prior to surgery and then immediately after surgery helped massage the muscles to allow me to start the processes of obtaining full movement.
