Joke of a business and the management is so childish that it's actually kind of funny in hindsight. Go to their Google reviews, that will explain plenty.
Made appointment at 10am to have trailer hitch installed ,came back at 1 to see if my car was ready not even moved from where I parked it with NO hitch on it . Oh sorry we got backed up ! Backed up at 10 am the guy said he was finishing up and I would be next so how do you get backed up ? Why bother making and appointment? Thanks for ruining my day with no car hour and half job has turned into all day ! Never again!
They do unauthorized transactions to your account and never call you back when you ask them about it

This place is a FUCKING JOKE!! It’s absolutely ridiculous, first they tell us our reservation,(for truck), isn’t reserved then they say we can’t use the card that we ALWAYS use then they make us drop a hundred down because of their fucking mistake then they don’t tell us our truck has been the one running outside for 20 minutes, oh and we have to be done by 5,did I mention that!!???
