Our family cannot say enough positive with regards to Albany Retirement Village. They put the care in caregiving. Our mother took her final journey and was able to stay at Albany until the end. The staff were incredible! Thanks to all the Administrative, nursing, PSW and kitchen cleaning staff. You are all amazing Thanks The Joy Family

Insane policy re closing due to covid. They required a covid test for outside visits when No other home in Ontario did.They restricted Outside visits to two days a week. Wed and Friday. Very inconvenient for people who work Now with 3 active Cases in all of Lambton County and only 9 in Middlesex-London they are Not allowing visitors due to the increase in covid cases in the Toronto area The Ontario government has a new policy regarding covid.
