I recently purchased a couch for my son's apartment, and unfortunately, the experience was not as smooth as my previous purchase. The "ship by" date provided was not met, and the third-party delivery company, Metropolitan, has been a source of frustration. Terrible customer service. Ordered a couch 30 days ago. The freight company lost half of the couch and instead of sending us a replacement piece right away we are having to wait because the couch is "made to order" which is a total lie. you have a warehouse full of these things and could have easily shipped us the missing piece but instead you want to wait for the freight company to investigate. This couch is amazing! Fits perfectly in my space and just the right balance between firm and cushiony. The gold legs add a touch of class and the light grey colour is stunning! Only took around two weeks to arrive as well!
