Not happy again with their technical service for the email. This is the second time I haven't been able to get in my email and nobody contacts you when they locked on your email because it's been compromised. And the gentleman I spoke with couldn't even help me and has to have it escalated to somebody higher up so I'm going to have to wait another 2 to 3 days and they have to call and verify it with my husband first because his name is first on the account which is absurd because this has been my phone number since before I ... read more
Unfortunately I've only had one internet option up until recently when Albany Tel's fiber got installed in my area. Just switched and couldn't be happier. Nice install guys and much faster speed than Century link and SUPER happy to do business locally with actual customer service 😀
Customer service deserves a 10 star rating!! Holly and Nicole feel like instant friends and patiently answered all our questions. Jason, one of the techs that came out is very knowledgeable and always ready to answer our questions. He made sure to keep us updated on each step. Internet and phone prices are very reasonable! We look forward to paying our bill every month!

Albany Mutual is always awesome with customer service and reasonable compared to everyone else. Internet is just expensive across the board. But Albany Mutual makes it less painful
