First time there to pick someone up. Parked in wrong place but helpful lady attendant helped me out . Nice place!
A smaller regional airport that has expanded its international operations. Significant improvements are underway, but important routes remain to be developed. It is still too easy to take a ride to nearby airports to get a direct flight to further destinations or fewer connecting flights. During peak times, allow ample time for the TSA. PreCheck is the way to go if you have it.
I visited this airport on 1/8/26 assisting a parent on a return holiday trip home. Allegiant Air offered a gate pass to me which was very helpful. The security check point was not busy at 9:30-10:00 am, it was the worst experience ever. Staff were distracted, nothing was succinct. It left the traveling public in disarray, clearly management of this area dropped the ball. How do we know the screening process is going well ? Better customer service training is needed !
