Extremely unprofessional people working for the airport. TSA and airline staff are amazing but the airport staff need some help, the big issue is the waiting line just to get to the TSA line
Small and too tight. Construction has been going on for a while now. Making it really difficult for flying or pickup. The rental car garage right in front is a all trash and smells garbage
Flying from Albany to Punta Gorda, Florida. Going through TSA, what a fiasco. I'm so upset with the whole process. They check your bags which I know that's a must and dont have a problem with, but if they check your personals then tell a person why their checking it. I'm trying to keep an eye on my daughter who's in a wheelchair and make sure she had everything along with her dad.
