I am what I believed to be, a chocolate addict. To some, that will seem ridiculous! But, I am here to tell you, it is not! Like with so many additions, it was controlling me. I have healed, learned, and grown so much through my hypnosis sessions at Albany Hypnosis Center. So far, I used hypnosis to lose weight and keep it off, overcome test anxiety in my pre-med studies at SUNY ******, change emotional habits that were sabotaging my success, and overcome a life-time allergy to cats. If you need to make a positive change in your life, but feel stuck, I highly recommend you call AHC for a free screening to see if you're also a good candidate for hypnosis.
I went there seeking help with weight loss, and they turned me away because they didn't like my reaction to it. They said that I didn't act the way that they wanted to see, I didn't act "amazed" enough I guess. I was really disappointed, my problems have gotten worse, and I really think they don't care about helping anyone. I really feel like nobody wants to help me getting turned away made me feel pretty worthless.

Bad experience. Arrived for my 11 am appointment at 10:50. The office was dark and a sign on the door said "the hypnotist is out". No indication of when he/she would return. I called and left a voicemail. Waited in the parking lot until 11 and when no one entered the building I left. Received a call a few minutes latter that he was there, wanting to know where I was.
