Starting again on my Journey to lose weight. I joined 2 yrs ago and lost 78 lbs. which was so rewarding. Broke my Pelvis and didnt follow thru, started back with Rachael hoping to again lose my weight. I have really enjoyed all the help she has given me. If I run into a problem I simply text or what in till my next app. she has been amazing to answer my question. She is such a amazing trainer helping to finish my goal.
