Does anyone EVER answer their phone? Your main number and operator never works and nobody answers. Your trust email bounces. You are open 8-3 pm. At what point do you just shut the bank down?

When you call the number on the back of your card, you get a real person at the bank. A rare treasure. Excellent bank, staff, and overall experience.
