I had an excellent experience with Angel in the Safe Deposit Box (Vault Operations) Department at Albank. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Angel explained everything clearly, handled everything smoothly, and made the experience easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly stood out. I had an excellent experience with Albany Bank & Trust on behalf of my client. Allen Veksler in the Trust Department was my primary contact, and he went above and beyond to assist with our transaction. He communicated clearly and provided detailed, timely instructions throughout the process. He was also flexible and accommodating, managing a quick turnaround on short notice, which enabled us to close our transaction on time. His responsiveness and genuine care for our needs made a real difference.
I went to access my lockbox but there was construction and was told a person was in there and they each have 15m. After a 1/2 hour an employee said sorry they are taking long and took me into an office of Stuart H Rosenberg. Note I didn’t ask to see anyone but as soon as I walked in and she told him I’m still waiting to access my lockbox he said to me directly “ oh I don’t care close the lockbox if you don’t like it”. Weird rude unprofessional and simply a complete jerk.
