I went to access my lockbox but there was construction and was told a person was in there and they each have 15m. After a 1/2 hour an employee said sorry they are taking long and took me into an office of Stuart H Rosenberg. Note I didn’t ask to see anyone but as soon as I walked in and she told him I’m still waiting to access my lockbox he said to me directly “ oh I don’t care close the lockbox if you don’t like it”. Weird rude unprofessional and simply a complete jerk.
The ATM didn't withdraw my cash even though the receipt said it WAS withdrawn. Workers were no help AT ALL! Thank you for robbing me of $60!
They do criminal activity there, taking money from costumers accounts, they are not insured with FDIC!!! Stop open accounts with them...
