I had a call with Silvana earlier today. In our brief call, I provided info about what I was experiencing, suggesting that I didn't want to waste her time if it was something she couldn't treat. After relaying some info, I was told that I was right - it is most probably my eustachian tubes not working properly, specifically on my right ear. I had an appointment and ended up waiting 35 minutes without even being acknowledged! It was a complete waste of time. The person in charge could have at least informed me and others about the expected wait time, but no communication was given. This shows a clear lack of respect for people’s time. The clinic’s management needs to take responsibility for how poorly things are organized.

I went in thinking I needed earwax removal, but after examining my ears with a microscope, the doctor kindly explained that everything looked clear and there was no need for treatment.
