I had an appointment and ended up waiting 35 minutes without even being acknowledged! It was a complete waste of time. The person in charge could have at least informed me and others about the expected wait time, but no communication was given. This shows a clear lack of respect for people’s time. The clinic’s management needs to take responsibility for how poorly things are organized.
I had a wonderful experience here! I went in thinking I needed earwax removal, but after examining my ears with a microscope, the doctor kindly explained that everything looked clear and there was no need for treatment. What truly stood out was her honesty and kindness — instead of performing an unnecessary procedure just to charge me, she took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t even bill me for the visit.
